Supervisory and Management Roles
Dr McAndrew has held managerial and supervisory roles within the Health Service and Social care services in Ireland and the UK managing psychologists, counsellors, family therapists, addiction counsellors and other mental health professionals at all levels.
She many years experience of working in various multi-disciplinary teams in the HSE, the NHS, HSSD (Channel Islands) and in independent hospitals over the course of her career.
Dr McAndrew has also have supervised and trained assistant psychologists, doctoral trainees and qualified psychologists and counsellors as well as MDT colleagues. She has provided training to other professionals and agencies in health, education, Children and Family services, and fostering and adoption teams.
